By accessing or using Kreevo (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use Kreevo.
Accounts
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
- Provide accurate KYC and payout details. Inaccurate details may cause payout delays.
Creator content and payments
- Creators own their content and grant Kreevo a license to host and distribute it to their subscribers.
- Payments from fans are processed by Razorpay. Kreevo deducts applicable platform fees and taxes and pays out the balance to the creator’s registered bank account.
- Creators are responsible for their own GST registration and income tax filings beyond what Kreevo automates.
Prohibited content and conduct
- No illegal content, CSAM, hate speech, harassment, or violations of third-party rights.
- No fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or circumvention of payment rails.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of the Service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or pose a risk to the platform or other users. On termination, pending legitimate payouts will be released after a verification period.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kreevo’s total liability to you is limited to the fees paid to Kreevo in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
