Refund & Cancellation Policy

Kreevo is a platform that lets creators sell digital content, memberships, and one-time drops. This policy describes how refunds and cancellations are handled.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing date chosen at purchase.
  • You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the current billing period ends.
  • Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period are not provided by default.

One-time purchases

  • Digital goods and pay-per-view content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • If content is unavailable, broken, or materially different from its description, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

  1. Email metabazi17@gmail.com with your order ID, the creator’s handle, and the reason.
  2. We will review within 3 business days and respond with the decision.
  3. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days by Razorpay.

Chargebacks and fraud

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may lead to account suspension. Fraudulent refund claims will be reported to the payment provider.

Creator payouts

When a fan is refunded, the corresponding amount is reversed from the creator’s earnings. Platform fees on refunded transactions are also reversed.
