This Privacy Policy explains how Kreevo (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform at kreevo-nine.vercel.app or any associated domain (the “Service”).
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, phone number, and password when you sign up.
- Creator profile: handle, bio, profile images, links, and payout details (bank account or UPI).
- Payment information: processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers.
- Content: posts, media, and subscription plans you create on the platform.
- Usage data: device, IP address, pages viewed, and interactions for analytics and security.
How we use your information
- To operate the Service, including authentication, subscriptions, and payouts.
- To process payments, generate invoices, and comply with tax regulations (GST/TDS).
- To communicate updates, transactional notifications, and customer support.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To improve the Service with aggregated analytics.
Sharing
We share data only with trusted providers needed to run the Service: Razorpay (payments), Supabase (database and auth), email/SMS providers for notifications, and analytics tools. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable Indian tax and accounting laws. You can request deletion of your account by emailing us.
Your rights
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Withdraw consent for non-essential processing.
- Export a copy of your data.
Security
We use industry-standard measures — TLS in transit, encrypted storage, and access controls — to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; report any concerns immediately.
